📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us within 3 days at sales@yourfavoritemercantile.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Be sure to put LOST OR DAMAGED on the Subject line. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
